Seattle! Elysian Mens Room Gold at Redfest

The Elysian Brewing 20th Anniversary Party was so lit, I had to share this event they're having this weekend too.

Redfest - the Mens Room Gold goes down this Saturday at Elysian Brewery (6010 Airport Way S in Georgetown). Co-hosted by KISW 99.9FM and the Elysian Brewing team, Redfest features live music from Superfekta, Stoned Evergreen Travelers and Rest, Repose!; an exclusive cooking demo from Andy at Rollin' Smoke House BBQ & Uli's Sausage, and a special check presentation to Fisher House. 

The Mens Room Gold ale is a minimal malt bill consisting of Pale, Munich, and Dextrapils that gives it a hazy, light, straw-colored hue.  Add in a heavy hand of mosaic, some coriander, and lemongrass and you get a refreshing summer ale that finishes with a dry, earthy bitterness and begs of another sip.

What else makes Mens Room Gold so great?  A portion of the proceeds from every bottle sold goes to help support the families of military veterans through the VA Puget Sound and Ft. Lewis Fisher Houses.
