What Did I Learn Today? (& Other Self-Reflection Questions)
/I love my Ink & Volt planner for many reasons, one of which is the weekly journal prompt. This week’s prompt was:
Be a good listener. Pay more attention this week. What questions can you ask so that you learn something new every day?
I wanted to share the list of questions that I came up with when I did this journal prompt. When I finished I realized this is a list I want to come back to again & again, when I need to pause and check in on my self-awareness.

Why am I feeling this way?
How can I help?
Who do I know who can help me?
What am I grateful for?
What are the key takeaways?
Is this enriching or deflating my energy?
Am I creating or consuming?
Is this worth my time?
Who am I interested in meeting?
Will reading or watching this teach me something new?
Who can I run to? (Xscape voice)
Have I done something this week to work towards my goals?
Who do I need to thank?
Some of these might be redundant, but the point here is that these hopefully inspire some reflection for you as they have for me!
