Nordstrom Designer Preview 2016

Nordstrom Designer Preview is hands down my favorite event of the year. There's truly nothing like it in Seattle! It's the one night of the year where everyone gets dressed up to the nines for an incredible runway show, unmatched views of Elliott Bay, champagne and chocolates, and first dibs at shopping the very best fall designer collections. All for a good cause (Seattle Art Museum), at that!

I adore seeing all of the fabrics, textures and bursts of color on the racks, the mannequins, and most of all - the attendees! The runway show is a top-notch production that tops itself every year. This year's catwalk & set reminded me of two of my favorite music videos: Paula Abdul's Cold Hearted and Michael Jackson's iconic Billie Jean. Yes I am always thinking in terms of music videos.
